At the promotion price i paid i Loved the 46sqm room with King Bed, dining table and chairs, couch and coffee Table and lounge chair. Electric jug and tea coffee and complementary water. Large flat screen TV. The gym is usable but needs upgrading to 4 star facility and the pools look good but were out of operation. However alternative facilities were made available at the nearby Marriot. Extra comforter provided in drawer.iron n iron board provided in the room as well very convenience to the guest as we dont have to call customer sevice to send the iron to the room.

However, the flow of information is rather inefficient, after 3 verbal requests for floor mats, I still ended getting bath towels. Besides, the air-cond is noisy. The breakfast in terms of food standards and variety is really a let down. Kind employees!. Room rate is too high for solo traveller. Not affortable for government servant to stay on single occupancy. The shower curtain is dirty. Got blood stain. The heater doesn't work properly. They said need to heat it about 15 minutes before use but still not work properly.. The shower pipe also leaking.. Need to upgrade a little bit.. Stairs to get to the elevator. Hard to carry luggage. Room is spacious, but light switches are not conveniently located. Wifi connection is not consistant and could not connect. Water pressure for shower is poor. mosquitoes!. No proper transport to golf club. They add a government taxes for about 16% away from city. The service by the staff was lousy. We had to ask 4 or 5 times for the extra bed we needed for an 11 year old and staff at breakfast were rude. The hotel is very tired and needs renovating. Almost 45 min before got my room during check in so better set ur mind. Expensive, was expecting more for the cost I paid.
