For rm89 per night, it is worth the money. The room and toilet was very clean. The staffs were friendly. Location wise also quite good.

Spacious, confortable and clean room. Friendly staff and some eating option in the hotel surroundings.
Cozy room.
Staffs were friendly. The room we stayed was comfortable except for a few minor hiccups like the TV was not working properly, we could hear either cats or mices running in the extended ceilling. Hoteliers are the backbone of tourism, being a former front office staff I would suggest the receptions staff to be promptly trained to know their local specialthy, to be able to guide or promote interesting places, foods or events tourist.
The front dest so nice, I was not sure which jetty I should take, she called so many times to help me to confirm. Thanks very much. She also help me to book taxi, and told me which restranut good. I love her :) 因为我一个人，所以得到了前台很多照顾，很有耐心，非常感谢！.
Toilets seem newly renovated and was clean. Separate bath area within
the toilet. Beds were clean and comfy, and the room was spacious.

Hotel is located a bit far from the centre, it takes a fair 10-15 mins to walk there.

2. Parking. Double parking seems normal!.
物有所值，我觉得一切都ok.
Lights were faulty in the middle of the night. No technician on standby
so we had to change rooms. Was given a room with a faulty toilet door
lock. Wifi was not available in every room as advertised.
A light bulb in bathroom is missing. No emergency electric supply system.
