Friendly Staff, Polite and always helpful whenever we needed. Stayed in Jr Suite was a good experience as big size room with nice massage chair. Restaurants are available near hote. We upgraded to the Junior suite and the room was excellent. Breakfast was very good, location was 10 minutes drive from the jetty and 20 minutes from the beach resort of Langkawi. Good location near the Kuah Jetty and there are plenty of restaurants around Plenty variety of breakfast food choices.

Also a very good buffet breakfast. bed were soft and sleep friendly...breakfast are good...air cond cool enough to make you shiver... Strategic location for shopping purpose. Staffs were helpful. The staffs were really friendly and cooperative. Everything was ok. Check-in was hassle free, friendly staffs, and the rooms are clean, albeit a bit smallish (at least the Standard). The attached convenience store and laundry across the road, nice spread on the breakfast buffet and good ala-carte menu at hotel restaurant, good internet speed, a lot of restaurants and shops nearby, seems to be popular with tour groups. The room I had was superior room, it was quite ok. The toilet is clean, but the toilet door cannot be locked and the wall of the toilet is half transparent, I think it is suitable for honeymoon couple but not suitable for groups of friends who are not couple. The location was good, especially walking distance to shopping mall and food court. Front desk staffs do speak English quite helpful when come to enquiries. - The rate was reasonable. - I got to move to more comfortable and higher rate room because my room air-conditioner was broken with no extra charge. Thai restaurant downstairs (Wan Thai) is quite famous for it's good food. Price is reasonably low. 1) Room is big 2) Two Air-cond in a room. 3) Nice location. 4). The flooring using laminated parket. Bathroom is clean. The location of the hotel at the middle of the town. Fast checkin and checkout. Very efficient. Location in the centre of the city. good facilities and environment. Little far from Sight seeing places. House Keeping not efficient, always needed to call at reception. We booked the Superior Twin Room and it was TINY with about 12" space around the bed on the 3 sides. Ok for 1 or 2 nights but longer impossible. We had to get a WiFi code daily for use in the room. When I checked in, there's no bath towel available. Had to call the receptionist but they delivered it very fast in least than 5mins. The wash basin is a bit quirky and no proper shower cubicle but I found this quite common in Malaysia!. The room was very small with no window. Fine for one night but a bit claustrophobic for any longer!. no wifi in the room. No window. Lack of parking space during peak hours. One of the clerks at the counter...very unfriendly. less facilities i.e not provide umbrella during raining. A bit off the main road, but not too bad. The room we had was superior room.There was no refrigerator provided in superior room.This made my friend and me inconvenient because we bought lots of chocolates since chocolates sell in Langkawi are duty free. The buffet breakfast need to change its menu for different day and not having the same food for all mornings and the front desk reception do not greet their guests . - Renovation was happening during my stay. I found it uncomfortable. - My room air-conditioner was broken.They should've had check it in the first place. - I had to running up and down from lobby to the new room in order for me to take the room key-card. They should've done it for me because it was their fault for the broken air-cond. Sheets were stained. Floor were slightly dusty. Overall cleanliness was below acceptable. 1) Basin pipe water leak seriously. 2) Shower pipe also leak seriously and cause to the temperature of the water uncontrollable. The water came out sometimes very hot and sometimes not hot enough. 3) Little refrigerator is not working, need to buy ice from mini market to cool my drinks and food. 4) Breakfast choice is okay but fly flies all over the food and turned my stomach. Room is so small. Very noisy at night because near to restaurant. Small place for prayer in room. The breakfast. Everyday they were serving the same menu. Limited car park. Small room. service so slow after complaint. Regular checking for cleanliness of the room is yet to be improved especially the rooms near the renovating area (the building of new lift there). The room too small. Have many "little strong" in bedroom... There are some small ants in the room, the refrigerator not work properly. Poor frontdesk services. Room very small, no window. Service sucks. Breakfast not much variety. Toaster did not work and staff seemed bewildered when told of it. No one spoke much English and simply failed to respond. Had to pay 50 Ringit deposit for card key. Bathroom poorly arranged poor design. Elevator glass extremely dirty and very noisy guests roaming the hallways. No English news, they only appear to cater to Malaysians and not foreigners. I do not recommend this hotel and would not return.so small room space, aircon not cold no hot water. room service very2 poor...the room services ask me to pick up by my own to the counter for towel..lady. under renovation. The 2 counter clerks who dealt with my check-in at 2.15pm on 3.10.13. are rude and they obviously know nothing about HOSPITALITY. I suggest the hotel should hire those who at least know how to smile while handling hotel guests. Housekeeping and maintenance staff are pleasant though. This is my 3rd consecutive yearly stay in Bahagia and it would not be again next year. The size of the room (more like a pigeon coop) certainly did not commensurate with the rate of RM180. Change of towels limited due to insufficient supply. Some towels have grayish stains due to used towels being used to wipe the bathroom floor and walls before sending to laundry. LG LCD TV provided but non-functional remote control of unknown China-made brand was provided. Breakfast is really lousy. The room is too small. No cabinet to store cloths and personnel items. Close room and no any windows for air ventilation. Very uncomfortable room and unpleasant area. The space superior room very small like tune hotel room...but the price expensive..not suggest this hotel for couple.
