Not enough basic utensils for the kitchenette for the apartments. Leaking faucets. Old and worn towels. With the given room rates, the establishment need to provide breakfast.

I like the space,its comfortable,abd located just opposite of the mosque and within walking distance to several tourist atraction and also very near to several marvelous eating place.

The hotel corridor has a little musky and unpleasant smell that came from the carpeted hallway.

The location infront of Muhammadi Mosque, near to Nasi Ulam Cikgu and White House Kopitiam. Walking distance to Pasar Siti Khadijah and Bazar Tg Anis. All of them made the location is very good

The location is convenient for visitors who prefer to walk. There are many interesting places within 30 minutes from the Hotel, such as the palaces, museums, a popular market, a bazaar, food courts and restaurants, the waterfront by the Kelantan River and the closest neighbour, the Muhammadiah Mosque. The Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The size of the single bed was too small even for someone who is only 168cm tall and medium built.

Big, spacious room... could easily fit four people if there's another double bed. Staffs were quick to respond to our needs. Parking's free. There's a mosque opposite the hotel, so you can pop in while you are there for Friday prayers.

There was a musty smell in the corridor and it was warm in the hallway. No complimentary newspaper and room service.

no kiblat direction in the room. no in house restaurant not warga emas friendly (especially for those who need special help).Lift is just up to the lobby after which neet to use staircase. No ramp for wheel chair.
