Noise must be kept at the minimum level after 21:00 hrs. === All occupying guests must be registered upon check-in. Unregistered guests will not be granted access to the premises. === Please be informed that a maximum of 2 registered cars are permitted per unit. Additional car will be charged separately. === For internet access, a complimentary broadband dongle with password is available upon request. === Housekeeping service is provided on alternate days. A surcharge of MYR 100 is applicable for each additional housekeeping service. Extra towels are chargeable at MYR 15 per towel. === Please note that flammable/explosive substances and items with strong/unpleasant smell are strictly prohibited in the property's premises. A security deposit of MYR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
