Nice place to stay.lot of activities,during my stay hotel organized arm wrestling & karaoke competition.during my booking i didnt rquest for any breakfast pkage but im being provided by the hotel.i was stayed in an apartment suite with my family consisted of 1 small kid n 3 adults.highly recommended to all of u out there..;). The apartment is very spacious and clean. Felt like being at home.

Location, very near to the town center. bed was comfortable. food was good. front desk staff was friendly. Qiblat direction for prayer. enough space to perform prayer. i stayed in the apartment suite and nvr expect the room is so big with a big bathroom. overall is a good stay. Biger room/. Spacious. Staffs were efficient when i complain do not have water hitter and hair dryer. location, big. Errrr... Room is big. Not good!. Channel tv not very clear. Could have offered more choices for breakfast buffet. Very little food choices and the quality could have been better. The swimming pool too small. One of the toilet doors is malfunction - but it is not really a big problem. Maintainance could be better Breakfast food quality is poor. The buffet food does not have regional specificity. seat at the cafe@6 was not enough. only two main courses for breakfast. water pressure for hot water was too low. parking space a bit limited. 1. the floor was slippery due to the unclean soap when i first get in the room, since i hv young kids that will be playing and crawling on the floor, i mop the room myself again. 2. there is a big ventilator at the side of the room, so this room is quite noisy at night. Extra beg only 1. Noisy especially the front room where the king size bed located, better sound proofing needed. Some of the light did not function. 2nd day, water hitter don't have. Hair dryer did not put in the room until i call the operator. 1) very very noisy, couldn't sleep cos of traffic sound, 12th floor. 2) staff svs is not great, requested for extra pillow, came 2 hours later after 2 follow up calls. Cleanliness is poor. The 1st step into the apartment, floor is dusty. bath tub is not clean too. The environment is a bit old and noise due to the guests are making noise at night till 3-4am in the morning. Pool was dismally small. Breakfast selection was limited. Due to the low price, other hotel guests were noisy thru the night. Supposedly voted the best city hotel in Ipoh, it is a disappointment. I did not like. Everything could be better (cleanliness, staff, layout of the room, food).
