This is my second time stay in Ecotel Hotel. Is great and i hv a very good sleep after the long working & driving. I just love the king size bed and the room deco. Staff very helpful. Loyal chinese restaurant good quality. Room clean. The staffs were very helpful. Wifi also fast and room was spacious. The BED....is King Size & Good water pressure + rain shower :).

There was no lift to go up to your room. So if you are travelling heavy, maybe this is not so suitable. The lobby or the surrounding of the hotel is rather quiet and inactive, got to drive to go to anywhere. the hotel is hidden by the other building *. The location was a bit secluded and without directions, and knowing Ipoh well, a person may not be able to find the place. simply dont like the bathroom which is semi transparent. At 1st, it is quite inconvenient, feel no privacy when inside the bathroom~ 2ndly, the person who sleep on the bed which beside the bathroom is not that comfortable. Staff weren't very knowledgeable. I wanted an upgrade, they should have (could have) upsold me a better room. no convenience store around the hotel. May have to wait till Times square to be ready. Bathroom - translucent glass panel. Bath Room door without lock and only suitable for couple. laundry plastic bag not provided. Bath room wall is make of glasses. Paying over hundred a night deserves a bit more basic facilities. I feel like that the blanket are no change when i was check-in. The toilet are full of smoking smell. Rooms smells smoky. No hot water. No cafe. Price should be in the Rm80 bracket instead of Rm98. Room very small and without cupboard. room is dusty and smelly. Provide mini fridge if possible. Should clean up and check the room regularly. Need to improve. The ground floor room without windows is very smelly, poor ventilation, can't sleep. Feel sick.
