I learnt about this place from letsbookhotel.com, while looking for a high-rated, but inexpensive hotel in the north of Ipoh. Been there and done it all in a day, I can say there isn’t much for a tourist at Ipoh, save the Kek Look Tong (Cave temple), so anybody headed there would most probably be either passing through, visiting friends or on business. Staffs are warm, helpful, and friendly. The pathway going into our room is sight-calming, luxurious as it is. Room is very clean and spacious, same goes to the toilet. Tv has few premium channels just enough as a bed time story. Overall it is excellent, would definitely come back next trip, it is kind of new too!
Ps: A strategic place just beside the roundabout, and easily access to maybank and cimb just few steps away!.
Very well designed for a budget hotel. Rooms are comfortable,
especially room 321. Really no complaints. They even let us check out
at 1.30pm be it on a Sunday. Great curry laksa just at the corner
coffee shop across the road.
regarding the price is super value for money. small rooms, but tastful decoration.comfortable bed. very well maintained. helpful and very friendly staff. if you have a car a super location, free and easy parking.Though i only stay one night, i like this hotel - new & clean room, good and clean bathroom, friendly and helpful staff. This is my first time staying here but i would book this hotel again.

The only drawback I noticed is that there is no wardrobe/cupboard, but just 3 hangers, for clothes. But for that, it is a 5/5 for everything else, and for that cost, is a super deal.

The shower and bathroom is quite small even in the more expensive room.

Hope the hotel ensure that all rooms have no smoking smell, well ventilated first before passing to the next customer. Actually, why the hotel encourage smoking in the room by putting a cigarette tray ? Take it away pls........ The shower water pressure is too small.........Not that is the fault of the hotel but I was woken up by guests from the next room once and every night, I was woken up by dogs barking. So I did not rest that well every nite.

One of the house keeping staff (male) called all the 3 rooms I booked at 4:30AM Monday morning (2nd Dec 2013) asking anyone request mineral water. We all shocked by the early morning call and those elderly couldn't sleep thereafter. Luckily I was not on business trip, otherwise being woke up in such a way which might affect my working performance.
Would be good if additional bed not in a form of mattress on the floor.
An extra deposit which was not mentioned in the fine print during
booking was verified before check in, be careful!.
Kept smelling cigarette smoke when it's a non smoking room and ants problem. I felt the staffs were not friendly and just changed thing to my booking without getting confirmation from me.
