1) cleanliness 2) free wifi 3) convenient parking. Clean n safe. Apart from friendly staff both the receptionists and housekeepers, the room was relatively clean and cosy suitable to my need which was a night rest. ( I checked out before 0700hrs). 1) no elevators ( not much of an issue) 2) out of town centre (need car to move around Ipoh). The room walls are pretty thin as such they were unable to damper outside noise. It was quite annoying when you were awakened at midnight from the noise created by kids running at corridors..
