The strategic location of the apartment. Various types of food stalls within a walking distance. The apartment surroundings is clean and peaceful. You don't have the feeling like you are in the heart of town. Most importantly the staffs (Linda & a her new colleague) that greeted us was friendly and Linda even remembered me as this was my second visit to Noble Villa after 1 year.
The apartment is big and clean. Although the location is slightly off the city centre, there is no problem to travel around if you hire a car. Generally quite a quiet environment. The WIFI is wonderfully great! We enjoyed our stay there!.
Nice and clean apartment with nice kits playing ground and swimming pool. The apartment is fully furnished with almost everything and also with washing machine.
I recommend it for family, and I will definitely come again to this nice place.

The 3 b'room apartment came with a double bed, twin and single. The sitting hall and dining area was pretty big. Kitchen was adequately equipped.

No reception and now daily housekeeping. The name of the apartments “Noble Villa” is not known by most of the taxi drivers, although it’s perfectly located famous street in the heart of the City.

Air con units for the rooms with double bed and twin beds needs to be replaced. These more than 20 year old units were blowing warm instead of cool air.
The location is quite far from city center/old town, unless you bring your own car or rent a car. Not for people who likes to walk for food/shopping.
staff did not brief us using the gadgets at home
no cleaning and towel change during the stay

Check in time too late, delay until 3.00pm, check in, the staff is still
doing housekeeping.
