  Of all the times I've been to Macau, it was my first time staying at Grand Lapa. I liked the old style charm of the hotel, especially the breakfast buffet dining restaurant. The staff was quite friendly and attentive. I saw the gym area and pool and looked like we were definetly be back next time to try that out. Overall good value for the money. ... what people say » - Very pleasant hotel, conveniently located close to the Hong Kong-Macau ferry pier and not far from the center of Macau. Staff is very helpful and friendly. All my requests were perfectly taken care of. Rooms are large and are well equipped. I will certainly come back to this hotel.

  I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were welcoming and efficient. My room, which was large and comfortable, was on the 14th or so floor and had a lovely view over the inner harbour. It's located near to the Guia Lighthouse, so you need a taxi or it's a good walk to St Paul ruins etc - not a problem though. Can't comment on the pool/spa etc as didn'... what people say » t have time to use these facilities - looked fine. - the location was excellent ,the premium room was spacious and well laid out,the complimentary breakfast in the main lobby was very fresh and delicious

  This property defines Luxury. The staff is as wonderful as the hotel itself. From front desk, to concierge, to room service and house keeping. Always ready to help. We were upgraded to a sea view room upon arrival instead of urban view and it was absolutely stunning to sit there and sip a coffee in the mornings. They service the roo - Our Grand Suite was huge, sophisticated and luxurious. The large spa bath overlooked a great view across the Wynn and Lisboa hotels. Especially dramatic at night with all the lights. Lovely large comfortable bed. Even a kitchen area with free soft drinks, beer and water. Great breakfast in a very attractive restaurant. Staff were courteous and helpful. Couldn't fault it.
