  The room looks really cool and modern, in back tones. It's very well made, I love the buttons to turn light and all such small but very convenient details. Room included everything I need in good quality. Room smelled good without sign of smoke. Location is quite good although a bit off the main center. - Free upgrade to Deluxe Room. Cleanliness and spacious of the room. Free two-way bus shuttle service from ferry terminal. Nice foods from the hotel food court. Loved their staff that provided excellent service. Easy locate to popular tourist attractions.

  I was thankful and grateful about the staff in this hotel. There was an incident happened at the lobby. My elder son was accidently dropped his cellphone at lobby while he was in the rush to visit doctor with his father (he has fever for few days in macau). My younger son and I was awating them at lobby. One of the staff in the hotel came to ask m... what people say » e about my elder's son name and told that my son was lost his cellphone in lobby somewhere. I was in a shock and we won't know what was actually happe - The hotel staff were helpful and most spoke English very well. There is a shuttle bus to and from the ferry terminal. There is usually a number of taxies outside the hotel. Walking distance to Old Taipa area and also the Cotai strip where all the main hotels and casinos are. We saw the amazing House of Dancing Water show. Visited the fabulous shopping malls.
