  Superb service. The pool is also very nice. I had a specific problem with a DHL packet which did not arrive on time. The Concierge managed to get it to the hotel very quickly and liaised superbly with me. Nothing negative to say.   The hotel is family friendly. The children below 12 years are not charged. My kids were really enjoy stay in the hotel. They like swimming in the pool and using the bathtub. The breakfast menu has many variants. Although not located in the city center, the bus stop is in front of the hotel. The staffs are also very kind.
