clean warm comfortable room (inspite of some visitor's comments saying the rooms were cold), hostile personnel, perfect location in the very center of Vilnius, private parkplace in the backyard, perfect value for money spent (Euro 52,- per double room BB) - Staff wa very friendly and helpfull, lux room was big and very nice and clean at all times.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Apartment was spotless and cozy (great in Feb with snow outside).
Apartment was decorated with an eclectic mix of ornaments and paintings which gave it personality.
Bed in the deluxe apartment is brilliant - v. cozy and makes you feel like a big kid (not suitable if you've mobility issues though)

Excellent service. The hotel menu was varied and excellent value for money when booked on the web costs are higher when booking direct with the desk. The central location was ideal for the facilities that Vilnius has to offer. The rooms were spotless with tea and coffee available in the room. - The overall experience of my 6 nights stay was great!

We stayed in the Luxury Studio apartment and loved the place. It is found in the very heart of the old Vilnius, in the old monastery. The apartment is huge, comfortable and stylish. Iolanta, the director of the hotel, was very helpful and welcomed us as old friends. Highly recommend this place.

The location is just perfect, all the sights can be easily reached by foot.
The staff is extremely helpful. They checked me in at 9 am. Also, after checking out I had not even enough time to realize that I forgot some of my private things, but already had a call from reception informing me about it.
Breakfast was simple, but the fact it was brought just to my bedside table was quite pleasant.
