  Excellent service. The hotel menu was varied and excellent value for money when booked on the web costs are higher when booking direct with the desk. The central location was ideal for the facilities that Vilnius has to offer.   The young man at the registration desk was very helpful and courteous in explaining things to me since I didn't understand Lithuanian. On the first night, I had locked my passport and cash in thr room safe, but it would not open for me. The man from the front desk helped, made all arrangements and learned how to open it from the technical person ... what people say » and then, the next day took the time to come and open it for me. Very pleased that he personally took care of this for me. - Location, nice staff, good and very tidy rooms. We were upgraded to a bigger room with no charge because we were three persons staying. Breakfast ok.
