The central location was ideal for the facilities that Vilnius has to offer.   The young man at the registration desk was very helpful and courteous in explaining things to me since I didn't understand Lithuanian. On the first night, I had locked my passport and cash in thr room safe, but it would not open for me. The man from the front desk helped, made all arrangements and learned how to open it from the technical person ... what people say » and then, the next day took the time to come and open it for me. Very pleased that he personally took care of this for me. - Location, nice staff, good and very tidy rooms. We were upgraded to a bigger room with no charge because we were three persons staying.   Really nice hotel, the location was pretty good since it was close to the main shopping street which took you directly to the old town. The rooms were also really nice and clean and the breakfast they served was really good. - good service the appearance and functionality of every thing was great
