Newly renovated They've installed a lovely play area for children instead of the shabby one before Also the arcades and bowling area had been renovated Staff are much better than our previous stay 2 years ago. Very helpful and polite. Huge improvement :). We enjoyed our stay a lot & shall definately be back again. The view from our suite was spectacular. The staff were very helpful & efficient. I would like to tell a little comment ,its about the smell of the breakfast all around in the morning,. Vallet parking is too expensive!. We waited for more than 1 hour in the lobby during the check in and we late for 1 hour from the check in time. Internet should be free all over the hotel. Wifi should be free when you pay this much for a hotel. the hotel temperature, and the room temperature when trying to sleep... it was extremely hot, so we had to make sure the balcony door is wide open and some wind come in the room to balance the ambience in the room in order to be able to sleep. another thing is the pillows, all of them are not comfortable to sleep on... had to be a creative in order to be able to make the neck and back comfortable while sleeping. Restaurant service was a bit poor. Balcony is dirty.Breakfast is very poor for 5* hotel.Housekeeping staff is unporfessional and keeps on knocking the doors and trying to open while guests are in the room. - The Quality of services is less than it used to be - Spa: The tradinional massage was awful, unpleasant, not relaxing at all, very much painful and the whole atmosphere wasn't nice or relaxing. - ATV booking: we had to wait motre than 30 minutes; the ATV still were not available. So we cancelled the whole booking. -rooms need refurbishment. They are old. -Parking very expensive. breakfast. -Arrogance of service people - dirty rooms and not properly equipped - the hotel should be rated as a three star hotel - they did not give me rooms as described in my reservation - Internet too expensive, not practical, and too slow - I will not stay in the hotel again and difinately do not recommend it to others.
