The manager Joseph is a great and helpful man. He helped us over the phone several times since we were lost to reach his hotel. The customer service was more than excellent, they never said no for anyrhing. For us it was a great and relaxing experience. We highly recommend iris flower hotel. Hotel management was very helpful in providing information. Jezzine is a very pleasant small Christian town with a long history and a beautiful landscape. Tourism is well organized with walking paths through the mountains and many restaurants.
