I stayed for two nights in a grand deluxe room with sea view and it was really amazing. A quite room with a full kitchen staff. The room was very clean had a balcony also. The staff was friendly and helpful. Free wifi. I would really recommend everyone going to Beirut to stay in this hotel. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was great and very clean. The view was wonderful. I was pleased that I got the room that I booked online; that doesn't always happen. I also appreciated the free airport pick up.
all reviews » I spent five nights (13 - 17 March 2013) in this hotel. The service has completely improved in comparison with December 2012. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Thanks for the staff. They are very friendly indeed. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. View was amazing. The food was delicious. Close to the beach and eateries. Wifi was accessible anywhere in hotel. I would definitley stay there again. 1) location 2) The kitchen has all the tools 3) front of it there is place for children to play. 4) there are many restaurant around it. 5) the staff very helpful and supportive . God located,great welcome , enough spaces ,nice services. Attractive view. Personally i am locking to live this experince again . Every thing. Stayed in room 902. Try to stay on a higher floor where you get a better view of the coast. Elevators were not waited for at all and were always available. Location of hotel is great, just walking distance to Bay rock (in front of Raouche Stone & Bait Ward) and staff are helpful and polite. Room space is adequate and full of spaces for storage. Bathroom amenities were always replaced and extra amenities were given promptly when needed. size of the room and being close to the seaside . Location, room space, friendly staff. Due to the design of the lobby, it would be incredibly easy for anyone to enter the hotel and make their way to any guest's room if the staff at the front was busy talking with a guest. This did not make me feel very safe. 2. The buffet was way overpriced and the food had been there for hours and looked disgusting. I left and got Burger King across the street.You may consider having a menu and having cooks prepare fresh food when people order. Nothing. 1) the breakfast not good and enhance always the same. 2) no swimming pool. 3). The manager was shouting at the stuff from his office and every body could hear it, that was really rude. Absolutely Nothing. Very occasional lapses of the internet connection. Elevators can be slow when hotel is busy. nothing. having burger king infront of the hotel was blocking us from the sea vision. Hotel management should strictly forbidden the smoking in all rooms. Nothing bad in my opinion. Connecting rooms are the worst. Laundry Price Mobile card price. Pillows. gh y. Noisy. Lots of noise coming from outside. When checked into room, toilet was not flushed and was not cleaned. Our room had a connecting door and noise was passing easily between them. Have no other negative comments to share honestly. a bit noisy due to construction work near by, and the room has a smell even thought it was clean. Elevators, room services, baby cot was a disaster. We orderd 1 king size bed they give us 2 bed room and said this is what u book with v ugly way. Finally they keep 2 bed together which was v bad. It is so easy to hear other room guest voices. Staff some are good Some was so ugly.
