  The location of the hotel was perfect, in the middel of down town Vientiane, with a lot of restaurants and cafes close by. The breakfast meny varied and good and cleaning also. The staff was very polite and helpful.   Friendly, helpful staff, although English language skills of Reception staff should be improved. Quiet and excellent location at a few minutes' walking distance from the centre's shopping and restaurant area. Hotel consists of two clean and modern looking, white buildings, one behind the other, with an open-air patio in-between. Patio has a sittin... what people say » g area and a bar. Sufficient number of wired PC's available in lobby, however without direct printing facilities (one has to send an email to the hote - Although only 3 or 4 years old the facilities are rather dated. The room was basic with a minuscule bathroom consisting of a curtained off shower area, toilet and hand-basin (cold water only). Very good breakfast and a first class front desk staff who went to great lengths to help. Forgetting to send the shuttle bus to meet on arrival at Vientiane airport was offset by offering the return journey free of charge. Overall good value for money.

A special mention goes to Keota (hope I'm spelling well), the lady in charge with the relationships with the guests: well, she's exquisite, attentive and really caring of her guests and of maintaining the hotel's good standards.
