Bet value for your money. Very clean, the staff answered all my questions, and were very informative about the area. Great location for leisure time and food. Ocean and boardwalk were right across the street. Pleasant staff. Anna in the dining room was exceptionally nice. All the staff were very courteous. Shuttle drivers and lobby staff very good.Outlets particularly breakfast very convienant, airport rep at departure was very nice, car was very clean. Reception staff very helpful.

There is a sand pit/desert area near by to park in but u getsand in your shoes and its not shaded which is a problem in kuwait! Alsothere was no fridge in the room which is odd!. The size of the rooms. the rooms are very small especially the bathroom.No free car parking for residence !!!. there wasn't any business channels, and the number of TV channels are limited. entrance. 1- It took 45 mintes fo chick in.2- Very small room.3- Not recomended for family because the volume of room.rooms were small. staff was very good. no parking and it was mentioned in your website.no parking area. Smoking in the hotel reception/restaurant area.my visa was not sent with the car pickup guy hence i was stuck at the airport for more than 02 hours in the night... - Breakfast price 3.85 KD very expensive. That's about 10 euros or 15 USD. I arrived around 9am after a 7hours flight and I wanted to get the room early to have some needed sleep, but the hotel wanted to charge me 15 KD = 44 Euros for early check in. That's not fair at all.The shower room ran out of shampoo completely, so I called the frontdesk for refill. But when I was taking a shower the next day, I realizedthey still hadn't refilled it and I had to dry myself up and wait forthe shampoo!. Expinsive comparing with the services and the level of it. I like never had arranged hotel, where he served no Parkinat not carry bags or any service qualify for the hotel.
