  Oh it was a lovely property with virtually everything a business traveller would want the room is one of the best I have ever stayed air conditioning good as normally in winter most hotels experience the problem of not being able to control the ac it either becomes to hot or too cold this was the best experience for me further the mall next door i... what people say » s veri convenient n the itaewon tourist area and the seoul station all veri reachable in 15-20 minutes makes it an ideal place to stay - Loved that they managed to offer free early check-in. The hotel location is excellent (airport bus service stops right in front of the hotel, connected to a mall and subway). Staff had good command of English and were always ready to offer help. Prompt replies when I enquired about something with the hotel via email. Design of the room was beautiful, especially the lounge chair by the window and the smart controls in the room.

  Everything! The staff are extra friendly, caring and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The resturant is great and the food is delicious. - Location. Underneath the hotel is a shopping arcade with excellent restaurants and coffee shops at local prices.

  Location was very central. 5 min walk to Seoul Station and 10 min walk to Nam San Cable Station. Very convenient. All staff can speak good english. Excellent service. - Great location and excellent view of Namsan (and Seoul Tower) from the room. Nice, quiet and cozy. Will come back here again.
