Nearly none of the facilities were working. I changed two rrroms during
one week stay. None of the whirlpools are working, in first room bidet
was not working ac was not working, in the second room pc and whirlpool
was not working.
no designated non-smoking floors
rooms are not bright enough.
Poor English or no English at all! How can you have somebody at the front desk w/o the ability to communicate? Do they really expect foreign business people to speak Korean???
