The location is really nice, in a cool neighborhood close to the main attractions of the city but not too crowded or turistic. The manager speaks great English and is really keen on giving good advices. He was really kind and helpful. The room was OK, we spent 2 weeks there and everything went fine ! I recommend this place if you come to visit Seoul. The manager is very kind and helpful, and the rooms were technically well equipped.
