Beautiful panorama view over Seoul from our hotel room. Staff friendly and no fuss at check in and check out. Easy access from Incheon Airport. Take Bus number 6020 (Fare is 15000 Won p/p) or from Gimpo Airport take Bus number 6000 (Fare is 7000 Won p/p) Tell the bus driver that you want to get off at the Yeoksam bus stop. Turn right at Starbucks and walk 50m and you will arrive at the hotel . Hotel is also 100m from Yeoksam subwaystation. (Exit 4) No experience from breakfast since not inclu.
all reviews » The location in very good , next to subway station ( yoek’sum exist 4) , there are more than 3 cafe shops too close, restaurants and others facilities. And take a bus number 6020 from airport to hotel because it stop next to hotel and the price around 15$ USD. For using the subway , I advise to you to buy a T-money card which is pre-paid cards and you can used it for all kind of transportations . The location is excellent - both for airport bus (6020 from Incheon) and access to Yeoksam station. The rooms are designer like and bed is very comfortable. cleanliness is top notch. Breakfast is a bit hodge podge but all in all an excellent choice for few nights stay. not close to centre but easy to reach there. WiFi is excellent and freely available in rooms. The bed was really comfortable. I almost had to drag myself out of bed every morning. Its value for money since its near Gangnam (a stop away). Though it would really help if directions to the hotel via limousine bus from Incheon is elaborated. I got a couple of irritated glances from the driver by asking him which stop and how to get to Mercure. Localization -very close to subway station, comfortable room and good bed. Take tour form the hotel book they pick you from hotel everywhere . My wife was getting a lasik in Gangnam area and this hotel was basically at the center of everything. The clinic, shopping area, food and subway station were all in less than 10 min walking distance. The hotel itself was clean and modern, rooms were bit small but relatively ok (given the crowded area). It s more like a business hotel...I don't think it s a five star hotel, and the room was small...but when I was in other hotels in Seoul, the rooms were small too... however..this hotel is nice and clean, and u can enjoy city view in ur room. The view was limited and un-inspiring. The bathroom walls are glass, which is beautful and fine for families and honeymooners but I went with a friend...so bathroom time was a little awkward... Not be ideal for more than one person - very little closet space, even for one. The toilet in Bathroom is not working perfectly, a little improvement is needed. Even executive rooms are a bit small. Good for single person but limited space for two. The staff in the restaurant offer poor service. Menu is very limited. the room is very small. Bring your earplugs during summer, as the airco is a bit noisy. Except from that the hotel is very comfortable. our non-smoking room smelt of smoke however it was cleaned beautifully. Bath amenities (bath gel) were not renewed on time. no body cleaned my rubbish bin.... restaurant food lacks of inspiration. AC was broken and the only advice from reception was to open the window! I also needed to call reception 3 times before they picked up the phone. That there are no taxi nearby and nobody at the door to help with this. Also my shower cabin was leaking into the bathroom. Rooms too small Buffet restaurant not very attractive. Must pay to use the sauna. A hotel should make it clear if any of the facilities they advertise must be paid for. Gym was free but sauna was not. I felt a little deceived. Room is too small and bathroom is easy to get wet. it is not on the main street, but a bit inside the passage, so the view is to the less interesting part of gangnam. Breakfast a bit repetitive... ....except the price for b'fast. - The evacuation stairways are blocked by chairs and tables at various levels... not very cautious. - There are not enough typical corean cookings at the restaurant. - The running machines at the gym are impossible to run on. Did you try them recently?. Maintenance could be improved.
