The staff was very polite. The room was very clean and quite despite the hotel was in the center of Seoul. The breakfast was exellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They brought me an ironing board and iron for my clothes. The breakfast was super!. Hotel is pleasantly different from the "normal" business hotels, I especially liked the classical music in the lobby.
