The staff who attended to us, Eugene was very friendly and helpful. We entered a fansign lucky draw and didn't know how winners will be notice. She helped us to find out the details. She's quite observant too as she realized one of the days we didn't have our breakfast and asked why. Even though breakfast was till 11am, the pantry was still open for those who woke up a tad bit late. Another great thing about DW is the location!! all reviews » Actually overall, from the moment we checked in we could feel the warmth and the friendliness of the staffs. Our room was great, and most important comfy and clean. We would have thought with guest house we may not dare to ask for much but we were wrong! The staffs were so helpful and even with queries on sightseeing to restaurants recommendations were super efficient and were pleased with it. They even provided breakfast and from cereals, toast, coffee and tea and we just need to fry our own e. the staff attitude was superb. Andrew who welcomes us even offered us free breakfast even though the check time is 2pm. the room was really comfortable during our stay. we were kept warm especially during the night. Eugene, she is so friendly and she was always there to assist us on ou tour needs! she even help us, made reservations for our tour. i so love the free breakfast! the place was just 5 minutes walk fom HOngik University station which has a direct station from AIrport Express! if gi. This hotel It's only 5mins walk from station. There's a lot of nice cafés, restaurants and convenient shops nearby. The room is lovely!! It's very airy, neat and clean and the toilet is very spacious. I also love the selection of breakfast there. I think it's fun to cook your own eggs sometimes. I really enjoy staying in this hotel. Eugene, who is one of the owners of the guesthouse, is very accommodating and helpful the moment we booked until our last day. Even breakfast was provided at 7 o`clock, though reception opened at 8 - very nice.The room was clean and warm, everything seemed to be really new, very comfortable stay. Some times it is crowded in the kitchen during breakfast time and we have to wait. Nothing special. Such a great place theres really nothing bad to say. The bathroom floor was very slippery when wet (although they did provide footwear to help with this). The walls are a bit thin that you can hear noise from other rooms and hallway. Breakfast was a bit skinny. Maybe you can add cereal or yoghurt- healthier options?This is the reason why the value for money was not excellent as well. Nothing. The room they put me in was right under the kitchen. Temperature of the room could not be controlled. Room was not overly spacious for three people an baggage. Some aspects remind more of a hostel than a hotel, i.e. you are expected to clean your own dishes after breakfast. They did not clean the room on our last-day staying. perfect!!. I recommend to provide security lock from inside room. Much appreciate if no need to wash dishes after breakfast ^^. Korean bathroom a bit tricky to manage but part of the cultural experience. It would be nice if there is a slope to slide our luggage up and down the stairs. Bigger towels should be provided as Guest not aware that they only provide small towels. Not enough shelf in the Room to put our clothes. Toilet floor will get wet easily after shower and difficult to make it dry.
