  We really enjoyed our stay at the Benikea Yeosu. The manager was concerned about making our stay very special and helped us with anything: so we could stay for another night (made some changes as actually the hotel was fully booked), went with us to the entrance of a really good restaurant nearby, cancelled another reservation we had as we do not ... what people say » speak korean etc. etc. Great rooms with a nice view, huge bathrooms. Good breakfast. Everything very clean. Thank you soooo much for everything!!! The - The service at this hotel is the best I have ever experienced. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Early check in no problem. They even helped book my KTX ticket and my bus ticket. You will NOT find better service anywhere in Korea.just fantastic. I have stayed at numerous five stars in Asia but these guys are number 1! Korea is tricky because the language is complicated-service is important. The sea views are amazing.   The staff was nice and helpful. It was a nice place to stay, easy to find (they even send you an e-mail with the details), with good internet connection and a bus stop very close by. The breakfast was toast, jam and coffee. - The ower, Mr. Lee,is very helpful and speaks good English. Location is exactly.
