The hotel is located near Daikokucho station which is1 station away from Namba station. Its quite difficult though to carry your luggages as the exit to Daikokucho leading to the hotel does not have escalator or elevator and about 200-300 meters walk. The staff are very friendly & courteous. The rooms are very clean with everything that u need + free wifi + free bfast. There's a supermarket nearby and a family mart if u need food. all reviews »
I had the most brilliant stay at this hotel. Stayed in a single room for six nights. The staff were keen to help and bore with me while we tried to communicate. Room was excellent and clean. The hotel was very amenable with late check out and request for room on a higher floor. I reckon I was given the best room with dual aspect views of the city.
The facilities were clean and adequate. Its location , near the subway with supermarkets nearby and a simple kitchenette to supplement. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast. We would definitely stay there again.
Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. 10 to 15 min walk from the hotel to Namba Nankai where there is an Express train to Kansai airport. The continental breakfast was simple but greatly appreciated!.
I loved how it was local to everything. walking distance to the shops and a few blocks to the Daikokucho train station. Very clean. Staff very nice; limited English. Very nice complementary breakfast.

More leaflets in English in the foyer would have been useful. The kitchenette was not very useful for the lack of utensils or cleaning materials. Microwave came in handy several times though.
