Good location, comfortable, quiet, complimentary drinks and light breakfast, fast check-out, plenty of food around the hotel, convenient walk from subway station and train station to Kansai. Friendly staff and good location. Many shops and restaurant nearby. The hotel is close to the train stations and so it it easy to visit to other part of Kansai regions. The hotel is new and the design of the room is nice. The toiletries is excellent and all you can drink facilities and cheap breakfast offers for the guests are amazing.

Hotel is good for travelers who just want a good place to sleep in for the night. actually good and nothing much to complain. Disappointed. not bad. staffs are nice and the drink bar is very considerative. late check in at 3 pm. The location is rather bit far from Namba Station and it will be difficult for travelers with heavy bags. The elevator only one. The small double room is not feasible for to persons but very comfortable for one person. breakfast starts by7:00 sadly we missed it cuz need to catch train. no net in the room but only in labby,but it is okay for me. The bathroom is a little bit of small to me, hard to turn myself in the bathroom. No wardrobes, no space to put luggage, windows did not open. some of staff don't understand us but that is my fault to call their service. Sometimes crowded at lobby. No wi fi in the room. Long walk from Namba station. in fact i dont know why did i choose this hotel, only lobby has wifi, and only i get to know on last day for the check in and out time is unreasonable, check in at 3pm which is really late, check out time is 10am and it is VERY early! however, it is indeed small room at 10 meter square, i feel it is just fine for one... internet is low speed. a little bit difficult to walk to the hotel if you don't know the city. its a bit difficult to get to the hotel due to confusing directions also at exit 6 there is no escalator or elevetor so its impossible to use the exit with big luggage so maybe help suggest a better exit from the station?.
