An old lady taking good care of us with bed setting and dinner.
We did check out in the morning then leave luggage in hotel to visit the bear park, later, weather change to snowing and chilly while we walk back to hotel. The staff offer dry towel and hot tea once we step inside the lobby without asking. Very warm and touching service. all reviews »
The staff was very accommodating. We were upgraded to a larger room
which included a separate bedroom with two twin beds plus the tatami
room which gave us the option of sleeping on futons. Dinner and
breakfast were delicious and the staff accommodated our request to join
the two rooms for meals to allow the four of us to eat together. The
front desk went the extra step of driving us from the ryokan to the
train station.
Very great hotel with good onsen, spacious room with good amenities. I arrived late, and they stuff offered me free pick up and the next day free drop at the station as well. The location is good, there's a track right opposite to the hotel, you can go for a walk and enjoy the day in Hell Valley.
The best ever. The staff was so helpful and friendly. It was really beyond my expectations. Highly recommended for any who want relaxation and peace of mind during your trip. Many thanks for giving us a ride to train station and some other places.
Friendly, helpful & kind staffs who goes the extra mile to help us as our trip transport plan has to change from car rental to public train. The Food is great & overall ryokan feel is warm & relaxing.

As we were going to the bear park, so we picked this hotel from the Onsen Street.

We went in July, and there was no air conditioning. It would have been nice for the windows to gave insect screen, as I left windows open for a while and many moths and butterflies flew into the room.
