To use the property's shuttles from JR Kutchan Station or Shin-Chitose Airport, please make a reservation at time of booking. Guests must check in at the management office (located at 170-304 Yamada, Kutchan) and present a Passport/valid photo ID. Guests using the property's shuttle will be taken directly to the property. Guests are kindly requested to indicate the mode of transport to the property at the time of booking. Guests are required to check-in between 15:00 and 18:00 during the following period: from 31 July until 3 November. Guests can request bedding for each bedroom in the apartment (subject to availability). If no bedding preferences are provided to the property prior to 3 days of arrival, all bedding will be set up as single beds. Please inform Shirokuma Chalets in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Ski Japan Travel Co LTD will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.

The 3-storey, self-catering accommodation has sophisticated décor and a fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen, fitted with an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and kitchenware, where you and your friends can cook up a feast. On the ground floor, there’s a dining area, a seating area and a toilet. The upper floor has two bathrooms and a toilet, as well as 4 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 2 with three single beds. The launderette, ski storage and a third toilet are located in the basement. Free WiFi, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player and satellite channels are amenities provided at Shirokuma Chalet, to make your holiday a more comfortable one. Linens, towels and free toiletries are also provided for your convenience. An airport shuttle service, ski passes and ski lessons can be arranged by the staff in advance.
