Comfortable hotel with good size rooms. Short walk to Ourakaigan dori tram stop, and well located for sightseeing at Glover Garden & Dejima. Good value Italian-style restaurant which we visited on both nights of our stay. The staff quickly located an excellent English translator for my business requirements and thanks to them my trip was a great success!. really love the design of the hotel. it's very clean and comfortable. also, the staff are really friendly.
