A staff member will meet you at the townhouse to hand over the key, collect payment and give a tour of the townhouse. A passport check will also be conducted. At check-out, guests will leave the key in the mailbox. Guests who are booking a room for more than 4 nights will be required a pre-payment via Paypal.
