What people say

I speak no Japanese, and the staff speak little English, but they went out of their way to be exceptionally friendly and helpful to me. The hot springs were lovely, though Americans should know that they are used in the Japanese style: nude, divided by gender, thorough scrubbing before and after. location is perfect--though a bit off the station area. good breakfast. Very helpful staff and one of the warmest hotel onsens we have visited.
