Genuine Japanese guesthouse and takes everything seriously and properly. From the gourmet dinner to the way you prepare for onsen (spa). Must try the two different onsens. They swap around for male or female at different times. True Japanese experience. 5 minutes walk to the start of cable car. Very convenient to start the round circuit of Hakone's sights. Very attentive staff made us very welcome. The onsen. If you arrive early you can use one before dinner and the other after dinner. The evening meal was beautifully presented. A super experience. An ideal stopping off point during a Hakone circuit.
