Excellent location in Makuhari, 5 minuets from JR station, 1 minuet to Makuhari Messe, lots of restaurants around with reasonable prices. Perfect view from the room to Tokyo bay. Rooms are small but clean and well equipped. The hotel was great with good view on Tokyo Bay and with Spa to offer. The front staff can speak English, hotel lobby is huge and room is clean. Value for money.

None. size of the rooms too small no international ATM machin WIFI only at the lubby AC conditioning was not cooling properly. staffs poor English. Beds a little small Wifi in lobby only. Our double bed was very small, though fairly comfortable. It is far from supermarket. Targeted for Japanese people and the atmosphere not international. Indifferent customer service attitude at the front desk, average food and way too much cigarette smoke in the Chinese restaurant because the smoking area is just outside the entrance.
