very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast selection, staff was very supportive (opened the breakfast room early so we could get to work on time), staff speaks good english, very nice rooms held very clean. This is nice clean hotel truly 10 minutes walk from centre. Also supermarket baker and excellent pizzerias nearby. Breakfast is ample and varied. Most things worked well. Staff are helpful.

The hotel could invest to a more modern computer in the internet point.a bit too far from the main station and poorly connected to public transportation. The location was not great (opposite a football stadium) but nothingthere interfered with our enjoyment of the hotel etc. Aircon did not work. TV channels in english limited to CCN. Parking space is limited. There is no refrigerator in the room. The Internet point is not free of charge - 5 euro per hour. About the dinners - I would have liked more Italian tastes, not this international neutrality.No English reading material, no tea / coffee making facilities in room. The room we stayed in was really small.no evening meal. Four staff members could not tell me which bus to take from where to get to the train station, a 20-25 minute walk from the hotel.building work going on in hotel , the staff did appologise about this. Consistently got lost with their directions.
