Perfectly adequate for a budget stay in an expensive area. Owner and wife lovely and english speaking, good buffet breakfast. No problem to find, trains no disturbance. Good location, super nice staff, very safe. good value for money, clean....not easy to find. The mattresses need replacing!. Every thing is perfect.
