Nice location, clean room, a set of spare towels provided. The building is new and modern, situated in the middle of the old town, close to a great confectionery and shopping streets. Just a short walk from the bus stop to take you to the airport, Palermo and other places. The apartment is very close to the point from where you can take a boat to the Egadi Islands - Favignano, Formica, Marettimo.
all reviews » The apartment is located in the city centre, close to corso, the port or the beach or the transport. Everything in the apartment looked as displayed on the web. When we arrived in front of the residence, we called staff and they came in 5 minutes. We vere really satisfied with the accommodation and also with our holiday in Trapani and surroundings. Appartment was very spacious, great matterace, 2 min walk from the center, port... 5 min away is public parking free of charge! L'appartamento era molto spazioso, materrasso ottimo per chi piace piu duro che morbido, due passi dal centro, porto... 5 min a piedi e disponibile parcheggio publico gratuito!. The room was very nice decorated. Enough space for two people. Located in the old town, distance from market, farmacy, bakery about 100 meters. Everything was perfect :) Moreover, very nice administrator Francesco, he helped a lot. I recommend this place for young couples. The best pizza's ever!. - The apartment was in a great location between the port and Via Garibaldi - apartment was spacious and had a kitchen with stove and oven, and enough dishes for 4-5 people - staff was friendly and helpful - water pressure in the shower was good. The pots and pans are all scratched, so we didnt use them. I didnt like the fact that TV is in the kitchen, not in the bedroom! And there is NO ENGLISH CHANNELS ON TV. Internet was awailable for 2 days, then I could not connect - WiFi was not awailable for the rest of my stay. The room service - they did not come every day, even we left the sign on the door, they did not make up the room. I liked every thing, nothing to complain. We found an old pica in the oven, the kitchen's sink was full of water. Just after being shown the flat we were asked to walk to the booking office some 600 mtrs away to do the paperwork. I think it should have been done on site. But the guy was very helpful even on what to do and were to go and how. - Check-in was at a different location but that was not communicated before we arrived - cleaners came in every day but only cleared out the garbage cans and made some of the beds - water temperature in the shower was hot and cold, and the holder for the shower head was broken. Nothing. nothing. Very limited kitchen equipment, for example we had only three different glasses - one big, one medium, one small. Broken shower handle. a microwave oven would be great but even without we quote 10/10. a bit dark, just one window in the bedroom. -Не бронируйте апартаменты на 4 человек если важна эстетика. Пить не рискнули. Убил массу времени на покупку новой. -комары. very dark apartment, no electric light beside bed, so we could read and turn on light in night time if we need from bed. Very few equitment in the kitchen. We had to wash towels as not changed daily.
