The staff was friendly and helpful. Free parking within a five minute walk. The location was walking distance to restaurants and the downtown and it is also a great location from which to drive to see nearby sights. Our room was in the main building and was spacious with a good bathroom. The weather allow us to have breakfast on the patio which was great.
Brilliant efficient staff. We stayed a night before an early morning flight. Receptionist organised our taxi, which arrived on time and cost 30 euros. Very clean apartment, good shower, plenty of room in the 2 bed apartment. Wifi in hotel lobby area worked well. It's a very nice hotel, perfectly located in a quiet place in the old city, near a park and close to the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartments are well designed and spacious, with a kitchenette, which gives some pleasant independence.

Internet connection was in the public areas and, as in much of Sicily, was sporadic, but not the fault of the hotel.
Bit noisy on street when arrived, but not the hotel's fault. Some tea and coffee in the room would have been good, and could not find a kettle or pan to boil water anyway!.
do not use the hotel address in your car navigation system (GPS) but park at the end of the Via Orfani instead (near the park)

The apartment wasn't in the same building as the reception, wich is ok but it means we didn't have wifi. Also the breakfast is not great.

Cannot access with a car (it is located in a 2m wide street. Parking is about 200m from the hotel (near the central post office)

I never got the internet connection to work. Big issue when you are planning your day.
1) For apartments "29" only: almost every morning (7-9 AM) started working generator with very annoying noise like someone drills the wall. This sound was heard from every room on the first flour.
2) Internet only at reception in other building than living place.
My apartment was situated in another building (on the same street, few houses away), so you need to take a walk to have breakfast or use WI-FI; I had the apartment on a ground floor which means my bed was at 1,5-2 meters from the narrow street with cars and motors, so it was quite noisy, especially nagging in the morning after late flight; for me the place is ok for 1 night, but not for a longer stay if you really want to rest.
Probably the rooms in the main house are much better but we got a
room in the other building and the room was completely different from
that one shown in the pictures on letsbookhotel.com, dark, wet, cold with
bad smell.
no bathroom kits, not very good comfort of the rooms but it wasn't bad.
Poor breakfast, only cereals or cookies and coffee.
Everything was adequate, but there was no WiFi in the rooms and the WiFi in the dining area didn't work. Probably just an off day.
