I thought the Residence was very nice and very well run. Our apartment was comfortable and elegant. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was brilliant. Fantastic staff and super clean. Very central location and close to everything. There was a small problem with the hotel wifi and staff worked very quickly to sort it. Big appartment in Centre of Trapani old town. Very clean, new, helpful staff (tough we had a 15 min wait for anyone to arrive at reception on the first day).
