Location is excellent, almost opposite the main railway station and buses to the airport, as well as in walking distance of city centre and Duomo. Staff is very friendly and even remembered me from previous visit. Breakfast is elaborate for Italian standards. Older hotel seems wel adapted for today's wishes (apart from maybe the lift, but that has it's charm too). Room is large. Very nice design wash bassin in bath room. Excellent value for money. I would not consider any other hotel when trave.
all reviews » The staff is great. Any question I asked I got the answer. Breakfast is very good. Coffee is fabulous. The location is good because it is about 3-5 minutes walking from Porta Nuova railway station. If you travel somewhere it is very convinient. The bus from the Torino airport stops also close from the hotel. The level is a little bit low than in classic Ibis hotels. But, the quality is well, in general. Good location. Rooms aren't new, but clean. position is perfect to walk around the city and main touristic sights.. Room clean , quiet and very warm. the staffs can speak good English and give clear direction and solution for the transportation. In general everything was great and the staff are all very helpful. I saw several people in this website complaining about the room or the fact that there are still some reconstruction work on the building facade.. Probably i was lucky since my room was very quiet.. Yes the bathroom was not that big, but i just don t care about these things since if you want something really nice then go to a five star hotel and don t complain. we have to leave before 7am for airport bus and there is nothing they can do for our breakfast, even we have already paid he breakfast included price for the room. they should have at least serve some bread in advance. Very small bath, basic breakfast, tricky to find it if arriving by car. The hotel is located in front of tram and bus stops. So, it is very noisy. Conditioning system in the hotel is noisy as well. So we had great discomfort due to constant noise. Room is too small. You charged me twice for the single room for one night. AC was very very old, when switch on dust filled the room and we had to open windows to refresh, meanwhile the room become very cold. There was no any other heater. We spent very cold night and luckly our stay was only one night. rooms are old .....
