The view is simply breathtaking. Staff is indeed friendly and accommodating. I didn't stay in the actual hotel but what is presented as an apartment, in fact a small one-bedroom house attached to the hotel. The fridge had some drinks which were refreshed when needed, a basket of fresh fruit, biscuits and jam on the table and air conditioning which wasn't turned off by housekeeping so it was nice to return to a cool room in the afternoon/evening. It's really close to the centre and the public ga.
all reviews » Very clean and welcoming hotel. Tastefully appointed and with a good-sized balcony over-looking the most amazing view of the sea. The proprieter was welcoming and friendly as indeed were all the staff. Fresh fruit was left for us in the bedroom and was again in plentiful supply at breakfast. The hotel is a short walk (albeit up a bit of a hill) to the centre, so for us was perfectly located in terms of views and access to the town. This was one of our favourite hotels of the holiday - not bec. The employees and owner were the nicest and very accommodating . The room was very clean and up to date. It was a very friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone and I have no affiliation to it. Great staff, clean room, good breakfast. Staff very nice and hotel is good. the fantastic panorama the 'monday-receptionist. Internet is free, but it's only available around the reception area. Breakfast is ok, but only just, the scrambled eggs may be cold and the restaurant a little hot, although the view compensates for it. Although the hotel has a garage, access requires courage due to the slope and the uneven surface, the taxi scrapped its underside a couple of times while going up. The ingress was a little bit scary and i was glad that when i booked our hire car, i only chose a panda. However, that said, Taormina is not a town built for cars and all the roads in the town are steep and tight so in that respect, the access road was no better or worse than any other. Nothing. the one thing I did not like was the location: very close to center but had to climb a steep hill to get to main road However, whenever we asked, staff gave us a lift to the top. It is hard to fine hotel our GPS not find the adress. The hotel has very hard ascent if you have problem about climbing it will be problem for u. the 'sunday-man' who accepted us. unprofessional. the poor breakfast, no toast, grey bread, untasty pinapple juice, too much light in the room during the night, THE LOUD ENGINE OF THE MINIBAR WHEN COOLING.
