The hotel was perfect for our trip and allowed us to cut the costs of expensive breakfasts/lunches as the hotel offers a kitchen/living room. This includes an oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer and all cooking utensils. Flavio (the hotel owner) was always willing to offer advice on the best places to go and was attentive to his residents needs and requests. all reviews » Perfect location on the outskirts of Sirmione next door to the famous Sirmione Terme. Some excellent restaurants & supermarkets / shops within walking distance (less than 5 minutes away). The accomodation itself is spotless. Flavio (the owner / manager) was extremely courteous & helpful. For instance on arrival in Italy I was unable to obtain a ticket entering the Autostrade at Bergamo Airport & was charged the full A4 motorway fee €60 (instead of €4.50) at the Sirmione exit. Flavio. The hosts are great and have been very accommodating to our requests. The apartment has all the facilities you need, and we were impressed by the range of cookware available. The wifi internet is of excellent quality, fast and stable (not like some other hotels..). If you stay here, you must take a bike trip around the lake to the old town, we enjoyed it a lot! There is a supermarket 1 minute walk away, and scores of restaurants 5 minutes away (good pizzas there!) Only constructive feedback is . Echo to all positive feedback, especially thanks to Flavio – the man, that assists, supports can resolve every problem. “You don’t need worry” – indeed. We loved the location – little aside from crowded touristic center, between two supermarket (one of them 20m from hotel), a lot of parking and near to highway that connects to all tourist sites. The owner Flavio is lovely, he'll help you with information about the local area/directions/boat timetables etc. The accommodation was spotless, and the kitchen had everything you could need. The pool area is great too. The location is three or four km from the centre of Sirmione but there's loads to do within five minutes' walk – bars, cafes, restaurants, the lake, shops. Sirmione is beautiful but very crowded, so it's actually nice to stay somewhere quieter. Wonderful location to Lake Garda! The staff is professional, friendly and super helpful. It's a plus that bicycles are available for use and the town center is a short bike ride away. Ms. MLaura went above and beyond in an attempt to contact us when we left our passports in the office upon departure. Fortunately we realized this and returned to the hotel to retrieve them. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for the comfort of an apartment. The owner could not have been more helpful - a very pleasant and helpful man. Everything was spotlessly clean, including the swimming pool which was a pleasant surprise. The shower was powerful and hot (a rarity in Italy!). The accommodation is a pleasant 30 minute walk or 2 min drive to the old part of Sirmione and very well placed for access to other parts of the region. We chose this option as we were traveling with our baby for the first time, and we wanted a comfortable place similar to our home. This place has indeed met our needs, as we could use the kitchen, and the rooms were quite large. The staff has been particularly kind and hospitable, so we could probably come back here if we'll visit the Garda lake again. This is a great apartment hotel, it is very close to the beach 5-7 minutes walk, the place is clean, the owner was super nice and helpful. It is perfect if you arriving with a car, because of the free parking and there is a supermarket near the hotel. You can take abikes for free and ride to the old city of Sirimone. The apartment was situated in a quiet residential area. It was spacious and comfortable with a large balcony. Shops and local amenities were close by. The local bus stopped just outside the apartments leaving it easy to travel to Central Sirmione. This was due to us much preferring to relax by the lake and take in the views. The pool is located next to the car park so was quite noisy. It was also used primarily by children so we personally didn't find it relaxing. It is a long walk to the centre of Sirmione, including the port where the boats depart from to go to other towns on the lake. There is a bus, but it only went every hour. The sofa bed wasn't the comfiest to sit on, and we had a garden room where I thought the garden was a bit overgrown and encroached on the space a bit. Nothing to complain of. Of course, it is quite far away from the historical site, so you need to use the car (or some public transportation -- five minutes away), but this is very clear when you look at the map -- but anyway it is much cheaper than staying in Sirmione. Recommendation - please advise guests on arrival that there is a cleaning pack provided for washing up / dishwasher . !. The location is a little bit far from historic center of Sirmione, you have have to drive abount ten minutes and or take a bike (it's free) at the hotel. Washing machine does not wash clean, but its not a big problem. Internet Wi-Fi is not good. lack of a nice view.
