Good location, very nice hotel.Lovely view, well located. The location was good, quiet yet near restaurants and shops. There was an excellent choice of varied food at breakfast.Very helpful staff, fantastic location, easy parking. Short stay. Parking is a premium and if you move your vehicle during the weekend, you are limited to parking access times. If you do not leave your car in parking over the weekend, you must pay too much for too long in off-site parking.No. Think a good bar would be a good thing for visitors although plenty of bar in near proximity to the hotel. Hotel parking (there is a public on at the same distance, it is protected but for fee) is 400m from the hotel and it doesn't seems to be very well protected. This might be just a feeling as many expensive cars parked there.Rooms a little small, shower arrangement odd because of opening in stall made it impossible to avoid getting room wet. We stayed for 12 nights. Most people stay from 1 to 7 nights. A discount for longer term stay would have been appreciated.I think they could improve breakfast coffee has to be the worst in thewhole of Italy no excuse,The fruit on offer was not fresh, again noexcuse,especially at the price being charged Would recommend apartfrom breakfast. Hard beds - Only complaint. View to the street, strange staff. Rooms are a bit small.Room air conditioning system not operating well. Awkward to access but that's Sirmione for you. Public car park a fair walk away. A bit noisy (outside) in the evenings. Beds and pillows a bit hard. You could hear toilets flushing/showers from adjoining rooms. It would have been great to have had access to a swimming pool as it was really hot when we were there. Breakfast didn't have too much selection.The rooms are rather bare and the bathroom poorly ventilated. Breakfastcoffee was undrinkable and tea was almost as bad. The hotel has nolaundry service and there is no self service laundry in the town. Complete lack of soundproofing! Wooden floors add to problem.Bring earplugs!. Room was slightly on the smaller side. In comparison to other hotels on our stay in Italy, this one was over priced. The walls were thin so you could easily hear the conversation in the next room and I resented having to pay extra to watch an English language TV channel.Staff was not exactly helpfull and we were charged 20 euros for electronic keys which no longer work as we had not returned them, other hotels do not do this as they can no longer be used. We got first room next to the reception and elevator, so we couldhear every talk and a lot of noise from the reception, even thoughwe specifically asked for a quiet room not close to reception orthe elevator.
