Just 3.5 km from Rignano sull’Arno, it also offers a pool-side garden. Located in the main building or in the renovated barn, apartments have luxury rustic furnishings and exposed wooden beams. They include a kitchen decorated with Persian rugs, a large dining room and either 2 or 3 private bathrooms with a shower and a hairdryer. Some apartments boast round beds, a dishwasher and patio. Linen and towels are changed weekly. Guests enjoy free use of a laundry with washing machine, ironing facilities and vacuum cleaners. They can also buy snacks from the on-site vending machine. Guests can purchase olive oil and wine produced on site. Cooking lessons and wine tours are available on site and upon request. After a day spent swimming in the pool or sunbathing, you can explore the beautiful Chianti area or reach Florence, which is 35 km away.

A really nice place at half an hour drive of beautiful Florence. Very nice and friendly owner Simone with his wife. They were ready to help and provide us with nice tips. Two advises: Whenever you organize a dinner for guests: inform them and charge them per person. Also the coffee- possibility in the office-part: make sure the guests can use the coffee themselves and make them pay for the coffee! All Dutch, German etc guests love (and are wiling to pay for) a nice coffee in the morning!.
all reviews » The setting was absolutely wonderful .It is a working vineyard located in the Tuscony area. For Americans you have to understand you are renting an apartment this is not a B&B. The Staff is not always available but when checking they will give you all the info you can handle to get around. U will need a gps but the area is beautiful and We would definitely go back. Glenn & Peggy King. Great location in a vineyard, close to train station (7 min by car), good starting point for car and/or train trips to all the lovely Tuscan cities and towns. Wonderful views from the all the windows. Very clean pool Very, very friendly staff! Simone is a wonderful host. Simone was extremely freindly and hospitable. Our room was spacious and well-equipped. The villa was beatiful and the views from the poolside were spectacular. A1 highway was just 5 minutes driving, so we were able to reach Florence city centre in just 35-40 minutes. family owned this place is whats needed if you want to get away from it all and experience tuscany in all its splendor and hospitality. The center of Florence can be reached by train in about 40 minutes from the nearest train station in Rignano sull'Arno. Simon was very friendly, had lived in USA, so made communication very easy. My first evening, ever, in Italy, and very memorable. Even had a couple of bottles from their vineyard, nice !. Coisy and nice view. I can imagine the sound of the highway & trains might be disturbing to some people, it didn't bother us all that much, the trains were a major attraction for our toddler. The kitchen wasn't very clean upon our arrival (there was still trash from the previous guests in the bins). I did not realize daily cleaning is not included. No AC in the sleeping rooms. It was a bit problematic to found the hotel in the night-our navigator in the car could not found it. Additionally,not the problem itself,but I would like to recommend the owner to make some kind of menu what is included in breakfast,lunch and so on.the hotel offers its guests to prepare meal,but you do not know what is included in the price. Only a minor thing,we needed to keep shutters closed at night due to noise from trains passing in valley below. Some little bugs and bees, but it is was that time of the season, so there were a lot outside. Location is difficult to find even with gps. The train station in Rignano lacks parking spaces for day trip to Florence. Difficult to find, expesially when it's dark.
