Set on the Amalfi coast, halfway between Amalfi and Positano, Hotel Holiday is in the picturesque village of Praiano. It offers panoramic sea views and the nearest beaches are a 10-minute walk away. The Grotta dello Smeraldo caves are 5 km away. Overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, air-conditioned rooms here are uniquely decorated with local ceramics and include satellite TV. The hotel is run by a great family who made our holiday very special. Our room had a lovely sea view as did the breakfast balcony. On the occasions when we had an evening meal at the hotel the food was really good quality - plus the wonderful view. We have stayed in many hotels and this rates among the best. Travelling information

By car coming from the North:
From Rome take the motorway " Al " in direction south to Napoli after leaving Napoli, take motorway "A3" to Napoli -Salerno .Exit: Castellammare di Stabia and follow the road sign to Sorrento and at Meta di Sorrento take the road to Positano and 4 km. there is Praiano.

By car coming from the South:
Take motorway "Reggio Calabria" —Salerno. Exit: Vietri sul mare and follow the road sign to Costiera Amalfitana SS.163 in direction to Amalfi and km. 7 after there is Praiano.

By plane:
From Airport of Napoli "Capodichino", if you rent a car, follow the same indications "by car" .You can take too a bus to Sorrento called "Curreri" and from Sorrento another bus called "Sita" to Praiano or you can call or write us and we help you to organize the transfer by taxi (on request in advance).

By train:
There are two railway stations. One in Napoli and another one in Salerno.
From Napoli, in a lower level you can catch the local train called "Circumvesuviana" to Sorrento and than bus "Sita" to Praiano. From Salerno you can catch bus "Sita" to Amalfi and than another one to Sorrento and stop in Praiano.
