What people say
Clean, newish, spacious, and very quiet college dorm room. A bit barren looking but even has a kitchenette. Comfortable bed. Location is good near a large park and a short walk to the historical center. Staff friendly and helpful. Good value.
Big spacious apartment with bedroom, kitchen and study. Quiet environment. In the centre of old Parma, beautiful city just around the corner.
I arrived after 23 but was kindly helped by the reception who was already locking.all reviews »
Great central location, and on a generally quiet street.
Good cupboards and frig in the kitchen, and good clothes wardrobes etc in the bedroom.
The room was very nice! I adore high sealings! the was so much light and air! And the garden was pretty.
It was clean, good size and comfortable, well located for visiting the splendid areas of Parma.
Location - city center. Cleaned, big room, qualified personal in reception, very friendly.
Roomy, modern, wi-fi access, refrigeration, access to shared kitchen.
Large room and beds, reasonable price, and good location.
Clean spacious rooms and very convenient location.
The situation and the friendliness of the staff.
quiet and clean. the town is very walkable.
posizione.
The room sizes are unbelivable good, literally. Each room is same. Really close to everything;bars, restaurants, shopping places, supermarkets etc. Believe me you are not going to be bored. Just stepping by the hotel,it is a street which exists there even before jesus.Rooms has kitchen so ways to cook not bothering for restaurant. Generally quite silent.
location and communal kitchen.
the location was good.
Wifi worked fairly well, but a very laborious and frustrating log-on procedure that had to be repeated frequently, including numerous times in mid-session. Extremely annoying. No coffee nor breakfast available.
The furniture is basic. No breakfast available but the cornetto and cuppucino is available around the corner in a lovely bar.
There was no crockery, cutlery, glasses etc in the kitchen; just empty cupboards and drawers. The central kitchen provided a few plates etc, but only plastic knives, forks and beakers.
The shower was fed from the bath taps; not good.
The TV location in the kitchen area was poor, with wires and lamp dangling down; not good.
The reception is open in certain times and it makes it hard to check out in early hours.
There was no breakfast facility and no possibility of getting any food or drink before leaving the campus, considering the price this was a poor ommision, in a recent campus visit to Dublin, the experience was far better because a breakfast was available a number of locations within TCD and for early starters a bag with juice bread etc. This could be remedied with minimal cost please relay to Campus living.
No hair-drier in the room. As the reception closes at 23.00 and opens only at 9:00 am, if you leave in the morning- no way to ask.
We had kitchen in the room, but there was no dinner set, no kettle etc..
No night staff.
Street too narrow to enter to access, no breakfast provided.
Parking is inconvenient.
it rained.
mancanza di una vera e propria reception 24h.
Lack of breakfast.
The stuff has to be more careful with what they have done. This hostel's consignees is off after 11pm and they close the front gate. They gave me wrong key at first night and when I backed to the hostel, couldnt open it. But I made them wake up by letsbookhotel.com costumer service, thanks:) Anyway they are ok. I would suggest you to stay here at least over one night!.
a little too bare bones.
the room was very cold. the room had a very high window, through which one cannot see outside.
