The price is unbelievable low for what you get, great deal. Nicefacilities, very nice. Calm area, perfect if you are travelling in a carheading north from Rome or South Italy. The owners were incredibly friendly, offering a free BBQ each week for guests to meet. Would definately go back.Nice location. Quite hard to find as it has another name on the signs - Villa Vacanze!.

Our residence doesn't offers restaurant service, but we can give you many good alternatives:
You can organize by yourself, inside our common room (with a beautiful panorama) very nice parties with your friends, cooking directly there or buying fast food in some good shops near the village;
You can go, with our references, to very good restaurants of typical cooking that are really not expensive, and that will surely satisfy all your demands, also for the more exacting guests.

Hotel information details

A typical Umbrian farmhouse with wonderful panoramic views, fully restored to provide comfortable, well-furnished accommodation with garden and swimming pool in a very spacious area equipped for children’s games, boules and relax area.

The residence is carefully lay down on the green Umbrian hills, near the Trasimeno Lake; during your stay you can admire the country with the changing colours of the traditional crops (grain, corn, barley, vegetables) that will be the ornament of the landscape of your holidays.

You can take wonderful walks through the fields, and relax on our 2 swimming pools, jacuzzi whirlpool, sauna, steam bath... just like in a thermal centre or in a luxury hotel.

Important information to guests

Reception hours are usually 9:00-13:00 and 14:00-20:00. If there is nobody there on arrival please ring the buzzer and a member of staff will arrive within 5 minutes. Please note that the swimming pool is open from 15 May until 15 September.
